We design, structure, and forge jaw-dropping, custom character cakes and structural masterpieces designed to be the talking point of your celebration.
Handcrafted, structurally engineered, and entirely unique.
At The Cake Forge, we don't just bake cakes—we forge them. By marrying precise internal structural engineering with fine artistic sculpting, we specialise in large, complex, and highly unique edible centerpieces.
Every custom commission is hand-built with meticulous care in our Cumbria studio, ensuring that your cake tastes every bit as extraordinary as it looks.
